Discover the Power of Tutoring and Home Schooling

  I have tutored and taught in several educational institutions for over 20 years. True Success Tutoring and Homeschool (TSTH) was created 10 years ago because my youngest child has learning and adjustment challenges. The challenges she faces have many components to it which brought me to homeschool her and create a community of homeschooled students who may face similar challenges.
   Homeschooling turned out to be one of the best decisions that we had ever made as parents.  With the intention to maintain the social aspect, I included other students in our home school group.  Later, I decided to expand from group and private tutoring to launching a full Tutoring and Homeschooling Company.
   This decision to homeschool my daughter has been great for her and other children alike. Many of the parents whose children attend my school love the idea of their child receiving an excellent education in a modest environment.
   Since the inception of True Success Tutoring & Homeschool, I have observed my students excel from an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and D’s or E’s to Honor Roll. One of our most recent success stories was hearing the news from students that were inducted into the Honors Society.
In addition, I thoroughly enjoy helping people reach their goals, discover their dreams, and encourage them all while teaching.  

 We take the time to get to know our students and formulate an academic plan that will ensure their success no matter what challenge they may face.  
  We tutor all grade levels and all subjects. We prepare students for assessment tests, exams, ACT, PSAT, SAT, etc. We are proud to announce that our students have gone from Es to the honor roll and Honor Society. We assess each student and determine the best way they learn, and we target that as we are refining their weak areas and sharpening their strengths. We believe in encouraging and building confidence to help our children succeed.  

 Our homeschool program is a collaboration between the parents and the TSTH to ensure that students are meeting the requirements under COMAR Regulations. Our program offers all core classes and electives that are catered to the child’s interests and goals.We assist students in preparation for dual or concurrent enrollment (taking college courses while in school).
